JOD (जोड़) - Cardboard Furniture

JOD is a 100% original cardboard chair, designed using interlocking joinery with no glue or screws. Built from corrugated cardboard, the prototype explores structural logic, material constraints, and sustainable furniture design. Originally rendered for thicker materials, cross-sections were added in the physical build to support thinner cardboard. Though made as a prototype, the form is ideal for public seating when fabricated in sheet metal. perfect for parks, lobbies, and communal spaces.
