About the project
My CAD modeling project of a desired car's driveshaft was based on a joint project with automotive companies from Germany (GKN), France (Peugeot), and South Korea (KOFCO). This project included multifarious steps. such as:
- Defining Optimum Material & Heat treatments
- 3D scanning of available products
- Precise 3D modeling
- Simulating & analyzing
- Prototyping by additive Manufacturing
- Producing limited samples
- Preparing manufacturing documentation
