ALIASFOLIO FC
6-month training course on surface modelling with Autodesk Alias. This experience has allowed me to acquire the skills in using Alias to create A-B-C class surfaces with precision. During the course, I learned how to use the powerful features of Alias to model complex surfaces, achieving high quality results. I have acquired in-depth knowledge of the modelling techniques for CAS, handling of curve and surface control points, reverse engineering from a scan and surface finishing to achieve the required level of precision. Thanks to the training, I am able to create surfaces that meet the required standards, ensuring an aesthetic appearance and optimal functionality. I am also able to translate ideas and concepts into detailed digital models, providing solutions to design challenges. • 3D modeling: external body with blueprint as reference + complete interior (dashboard, steering wheel, trim, pillars, seats) + Reverse-engineering of a motorcycle scan • Cas modeling: Cas model of motorbike, following the starting sketch + Cas concept using SubD • Alias Subdvision: interior (complete door panel and seats) + concept modeling starting from official sketches and more abstract sketches. Having just two views as a starting point, I was able to achieve the proportions and volumes faithfully respecting the feeling of the sketch
Autostyle Design Competition '23
I’ve had both the opportunity and the honour to be selected as finalist and to attend the xx edition of Autostyle Design Competition organized by Berman S.p.A. in cooperation with Wacom and the main automotive specialized magazines. It was a pleasure to get a chance to meet people representing major Companies in the automotive sector and listen to their top-notch presentation.
Renderzz
This is a short selection of the work I've done during the 3 years of the course at my University. It has renders made in photoshop and other that are made on paper using a pencil or a pen.
ABARTH coup-e
I've imagined an electric but sporty coupe to expand Abarth's lineup. This is is my first 3D project I've done in the University: it's modelled in Autoedesk Alias and rendered using VRed. Final touches are made in Photoshop
AMG Shooting Star
How would a shooting brake from AMG look like? In this project I've combined my favourite car typology and one of my preferred car brand. It's a full project, from intial hand sketches on paper to a final board with everything in it: exterior and interior renders
CUPRA E-Rebel: thesis project
Cupra E-rebel is a single-seater electric-powered car with tapered shapes and wind-sculpted bodywork, with a central cockpit in an advanced position. This project aims to expand the current cupra range, with a higher positioning in terms of performance and rival brands
