About

As a bureau chief with 5 years of experience as a design engineer and designer, I am passionate about developing original projects with distinctive designs, thorough technological development for production and exceptional surface quality. During the development of the project, I strive to find a common language with the customer, manufacturers and specialists of the nodal bureaus, in order to achieve deeper design study, personal development, and the introduction of advanced technologies and ideas into the final product. 
My employees are my pride. When working with them, I try to maximize their potential by conducting joint project analysis, brainstorming sessions, and dealing with emerging issues together to achieve a common goal and grow in the specialist market. My responsibilities also include: the development of the industrial design bureau; the introduction of advanced design methods to improve productivity and product quality; mentoring student interns to train future personnel. 
In my free time, I do contract projects and develop personal projects for self-development and getting closer to my cherished dream of developing my own car.
