We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Surface Designer (CAS / A-Class) with strong technical and design skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of automotive exterior 3D modeling and experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality surfaces aligned with engineering and design requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Modify and update CAS or A-Class surface data based on engineering and design input.

  • Optimize existing CAS or A-Class surfaces to improve quality and meet technical specifications.

  • Ensure all deliverables are completed according to project timelines and milestones.

  • Achieve surface quality standards in line with project requirements and OEM-level expectations.

  • Support additional CAS or A-Class surface-related tasks as required throughout the design and development phases.


Personal Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Automotive Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in automotive surface design. Prior experience in mass production vehicle programs or OEM/large enterprise environments is preferred.

  • Software Proficiency: Strong skills in Autodesk Alias; experience in delivering high-quality Class A surfaces.

  • Design Understanding: Solid grasp of exterior automotive 3D form, proportion, and surface refinement.

  • Technical Knowledge: Familiar with vehicle engineering requirements for both exterior and interior surfaces.

  • Communication: Strong coordination, communication, and team collaboration skills.

  • Languages: Fluent in English and Mandarin.
