Exterior/Interior Designer

Design Proposal Creation: Develop innovative design proposals for concept cars and production car programs, including sketches, renderings, and 3D digital models.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with multiple teams to ensure the successful realization of digital models, physical models, and company project presentations.
Trend Discovery & Design Innovation: Uncover and integrate new automotive design trends to enhance the design innovation of the brand.
Regular Communication with Global Teams: Maintain consistent communication and reporting with internal teams and the China headquarters using various forms of media.
Project Support & Timely Delivery: Support the design manager to ensure the timely delivery of design proposals with efficiency and speed, meeting critical project deadlines.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Transportation Design, Car Design, or Industrial Design.
Experience in Automotive OEMs: Minimum of 4 years of professional experience working in automotive OEM companies, with a deep understanding of the design process.
Creative Design Skills: High-level creativity demonstrated through sketching, digital sketching, and final digital renderings.
Proficiency in Adobe and Visual Tools: Solid skills in using Adobe Creative Suite, Alias, and other visual media, as well as Microsoft Office for presentations and reports.
Proactive Team Player: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Time Management & Adaptability: Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and adapt to the constantly evolving priorities in the automotive design industry.
Collaboration Across Teams: Strong ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers, colleagues, and internal teams.
Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills; proficiency in Italian or Chinese is a plus.
