4.Mentor and develop team members to improve efficiency.
5.Assist in building workflows, guidelines, and knowledge systems.


Requirements：


1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Design / Automotive Design or related.
2.3+ years of relevant experience.
3.Proficient in design software (Photoshop, AI, C4D, etc.).
4.Familiar with interior design process, with strong innovation and analysis skills.
5.Good communication, teamwork, and English language skills.
