Responsibilities：
- Lead interior design development, including color & trim and components.
- Guide early concept design, strategy, and quality control.
- Support cross-team collaboration and build knowledge systems.
- Mentor and train design teams to improve efficiency and innovation.
Requirements：
- 16+ years of relevant experience, Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial/Automotive Design.
- Strong expertise in interior design process, CMF design, and innovation.
- Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and team management skills.
- Fluent in English.
