Responsibilities：
- Conduct vehicle exterior design trend research and concept development.
- Oversee exterior design tasks and quality, solve design and technical issues.
- Support creative design development and project implementation.
- Mentor junior designers and improve team capability.
- Assist in building design workflows and knowledge systems.
Requirements：
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Design / Automotive Design or related.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in design software (Photoshop, AI, C4D, etc.).
- Strong creativity, visualization, and analytical ability.
- Good communication and teamwork skills; English proficiency preferred.
