Responsibilities：
- Analyze industrial design trends in exterior styling and conduct early-stage concept design;
- Complete assigned vehicle exterior design tasks as required by supervisors;
- Communicate styling goals with cross-functional teams, implement design adjustments, and provide timely feedback;
- Support the resolution of technical issues arising during exterior design development;
- Mentor junior designers and enhance the overall professional capabilities of the exterior design team.
Requirements：
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Design, Automotive Design, or related fields; 3+ years of relevant work experience preferred;
- Familiarity with exterior styling and component development processes, design constraints, and manufacturing requirements;
- Strong creative design expression and forward-looking analysis skills;
- Excellent cross-team communication and coordination skills;
- CET-4 level English or above, capable of reading and writing daily work documents;
- Proficiency in office software and relevant design tools.
