Role Description:
Work on the graphic design to develop the look and visual environment of products. Conceptualize the visual style design and develop the style and standard of the production interface.
Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience Mapping 7: Prioritize and help leaders address the most critical gaps in providing a meaningful customer experience; lead the development of a roadmap to address root causes and redesign journeys.
- Design and Conceptualization 7: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to conceptualize products and services, leveraging data to drive original design ideas and decisions.
- Product/Service Development 6: Deliver defined features, functionality, or outcomes from a designated part of the development/engineering program, selecting the best available approach within established systems.
- Customer Experiences Implementation 6: Design and coordinate implementation of differentiating customer experience initiatives, tools, and processes.
- Brand Positioning 6: Assist in achieving brand positioning and contribute ideas to brand plans.
