Interior Designer

Qualification: 

• Bachelor or master of Transportation/ interior design/ Product design

• 2-5 years working experience in Automobile industry, experience in show car and production car Interior design projects

• Excellent hand-drawing ability of interior sketch & PS rendering

• Creative thinking, good communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to learn new tools and do self-guided work within a fast-paced environment

• Experienced with 3D modeling such as Blender, nice to have clay experience, visualization as Unity or unreal

• Fluent English, written and spoken, at least basic Chinese knowledge Understands timelines and is proactive regarding task completion
  
  

Objective：

• Independent creation of interior design concepts by strong hand sketches, renderings & blender/ other polygon software.
• Development of complex and innovative design proposals for both advanced design project and production vehicles.
• Develop design themes and collaborate with internal Design team, Engineering, Marketing,suppliers and Management teams .
• Extensive trend research to anticipate long-term future trends and customer needs

Tasks：

• Design & conceptualize the interior ideals within the vehicle 
• Align market specific designs & ideas with worldwide counterparts & in design board reviews

• Keep track of interior design trends ands latest developments + identify impact on our work

• Work with internal design team, engineering team , and management team as well as external suppliers to actively seek optimal design solutions for project input and strictly monitor details. And finally the design will be implemented in the final mass production products

• Oversight and tracking of development milestones within the cooperation projects, and ensure all the related milestone delivery and achieve the quality standard
