I am a Researcher in Manufacturing processes and a CAD designer in automotive. Experienced with all stages of CAD modeling (CATIA V5/V6 and PLM), prototyping, and manufacturing components. Besides, well-versed in numerous engineering expertise including ergonomics analysis, DMU simulation, and working with machine tools such as Laser cut, Water jet, and Additive Manufacturing processes. In addition, I carried out several investigations on material characterization. Through a master program in University of Tehran I delved deeper into the microstructure of materials. I was fascinated by Solid-State joining processes and recently I have registered a national patent in a non-traditional joining process. Nowadays, I am working on Additive Manufacturing which is a revolutionary manufacturing process.
