About the project

What started as an exploration of interior design — pushing the boundaries of integrating automotive design principles into the nautical industry and incorporating automotive ergonomic standards — has evolved into something far more substantial and unexpected. Sometimes, the most exciting ideas emerge from moments of curiosity and late-night brainstorming. For almost five months now, I’ve been working on this next-gen beast during late nights, after putting my daughter to bed - piece by piece, bit by bit, every night. The BLACKBIRD project is my free-time, late-night fun endeavor. I approach it with a freehand spirit, unbound by the constraints of production and technology. My goal is to create something that pushes the envelope, a testament to what can be achieved when innovation and artistry come together without limitations. Every night, as I worked on BLACKBIRD, I found a sense of fulfillment and joy. It’s a journey of discovery and invention, where each new piece adds to the excitement of what this project will ultimately become. This is more than just a hobby; it’s a passion project that embodies my love for design and my desire to create something truly extraordinary.
