About the project

Entry for the 2024 Polestar design contest in collaboration with Hot Wheels. I named my project Legacy because it draws its inspiration from the aesthetics of vintage racing cars which hugely influenced Hot Wheels toy cars and to me the connection made sense. Then my objective was to transcribe these inspirations into the modern, pure and minimalist formal language specific to Polestar.
