About the project

It is essential to create vehicles with driver enjoyment at their core while adopting sustainable technology. Single-seat automobiles have a lengthy heritage that harkens back to the early period of racing, where an individual was at the helm in total control. Polestar SOLO is built to give the driver that experience, whilst adopting the purity of the Polestar brand at its core. SOLO takes inspiration from the purity of polestar’s styling to create a sculptural piece that symbolises the symbiotic relationship between man and machine that is core to this concept.
