About the project

The Aston Martin Red Dragon has always represented the spirit of British craftsmanship raw, elegant, and powerful race car. For this project, developed under the Aston Martin Heritage initiative, the challenge was to breathe new life into this legendary model through a restomod vision that celebrates its heritage while imagining its place in the modern world. The journey began with a deep dive into the car’s origins studying its proportions, stance, and surface language to understand what made it so distinctive. The goal was not to reinvent it, but to reinterpret its soul with a contemporary sensibility. Every line and volume was carefully sculpted to retain that classic emotional tension, while introducing modern performance-driven proportions and surface refinement. Using Sketching, Scan data Alias modeling, I developed the digital surfaces and design details that connect past and present from the bold front graphics to the subtle flow of the rear fenders. The result is a modern tribute to Aston Martin’s legacy a design that captures the essence of the Red Dragon and translates it into a timeless statement of elegance and power.
