Lexus Sensei in collaboration with Dyson + Mizuno + Preferred Networks Part I - Ideation In 2038, racing has become a sophisticated blend of human skill and advanced automation. To train future racing pilots, an innovative program has been developed using self-driving racing cars. This program takes place at the cutting-edge Global Racing Academy (GRA) located in the California Desert, a premier facility equipped with the latest in racing technology and AI systems. The Training Cars: Autonomous Racers. Power Source: Advanced electric powertrains utilizing HYDROGEN. Propulsion: Electric motors delivering instant torque and precision control, capable of speeds up to 400 km/h. Plus air propulsion turbo system developed by Dyson. Material: Carbon fiber and advanced composites make the cars lightweight yet extremely durable. AI Systems: State-of-the-art AI capable of driving at the limits of performance, learning from each lap and adapting to different track conditions. Features: Sensor Suite: Lidar, radar, and high-resolution cameras provide 360-degree awareness and precise mapping of the track. Telemetry & Feedback: Real-time data on car performance, track conditions, and driver inputs, fed directly to the driver and instructors. Adaptive Learning: AI algorithms that continuously learn from both the car’s performance and the driver’s actions to optimize lap times and efficiency.
