About

I’m Udit, a transportation designer currently pursuing my Master’s in Transportation Design at IAAD – Istituto d’Arte Applicata e Design in Turin, Italy. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Transportation Design from the World University of Design, India. My journey into car design began long before formal education—rooted in a lifelong fascination with automobiles, their forms, and the emotions they evoke. Since childhood, I’ve been drawn to the power of design to express movement, identity, and purpose. That passion has grown into a deep commitment to creating innovative, user-centric mobility solutions. Over the years, I’ve gained hands-on experience through internships at Maruti Suzuki and Ozone Motors, where I worked on a range of design challenges—from conceptual ideation and sketch development to electric vehicle design strategies. These experiences shaped my understanding of both large-scale automotive ecosystems and the fast-paced, iterative nature of startups. My design approach blends strong form language, storytelling, and technical proficiency. I work fluently across tools such as Autodesk Alias—both NURBS and SubD—Blender, VRED, SketchBook, and Photoshop, integrating digital and manual techniques to bring ideas to life. I believe great design is not just about aesthetics but about creating experiences that move people—both physically and emotionally. I’m driven by curiosity, craft, and a constant desire to learn and evolve. With every project, I strive to push boundaries and contribute meaningfully to the future of mobility.
