Your Mission
The Creative Manager Global Product and Narrative will be responsible for designing and maintaining a compelling customer experience that extends beyond the car itself. This role involves defining, nurturing, and sustaining an overarching product narrative that includes settings, personas, reflexes, experience values, and key user journeys. The designer will ensure that all current and future products align with this narrative, incorporating insights from existing research and maintaining a continuous connection within the company for ongoing research.

Your Responsibilities
- Narrative Development:
- Define, nurture and sustain an overarching product narrative, with its setting, personas, reflexes, experience values, and key user journeys.
- Capture the essence of our brand and translate into narratives through internal and external research, interviews with internal key stakeholders and external thought leaders.
- Consolidate findings into visionary product portraits, encapsulating experiences, narratives, and character expressions.
- Ensure all current and future products are included in the brand narrative. Align brand design languages across products and experiences.
- Maintain continuous connections within the company and validates narratives with brand strategy, product planning, and marketing teams. Alignment with existing stakeholders for consistency (e.g. marketing communications, CX channel team, brand experience, etc.).
- Delivers a dynamic, evolving universe that guides visual product and brand touchpoints.
- Craft and curate an online platform to serve as a storytelling medium, including enrollment guidelines and key visual guides, for timely communication with customers and the community.
- Consult:
- Provide guidance and consulting along the line to the following teams who will use the product through excellent research and market trends in collaboration with our business strategy and market research teams.
Key Qualifications
- University Degree in Design, Marketing, PR or similar
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in the Automotive Design industry
- Design is in your DNA - broad understanding and experience of design, and a keen eye for detail
- Very good knowledge and understanding of Marketing principles
- Confident in interacting and collaborating with executives, and stakeholders on a multinational level
- Excellent communicator, able to articulate and communicate ideas both verbally and visually
- Project coordinator, drives projects and collaborations forward critically and creatively; using experience in design to guide execution
- Politically capable and able to manage complex situations
- A strong motivator of people
- A strong team player who can take a central role in developing company culture
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
- Experience in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign, and Blender are of advantage
- Willing to be on business trips
