Hello, My name is Yair Sharim, a seasoned Automotive Design Manager, creative & open-minded with +16 years of collaborating with various OEMs and startups in the automotive sector. My current position includes, among others, establishing a complete Automotive department, Design, engineering, and technological development, cross department team management located in various locations across the globe, suppliers contacts and contracts, SOW and budget definitions, while maintaining time frame.
