Responsibilities：




1. Lead the team in completing industrial design trends for vehicle exteriors and components, and carry out advanced concept design and detailed design.  

2. Guide the team in formulating vehicle exterior design strategies.  

3. Coordinate and resolve major technical issues encountered during the design and development process.  

4. Assist senior management in building the design team system, mentoring young talents, and enhancing the team's professional capabilities.  

5. Develop process documentation, standards, and work guidelines related to the R&D and quality management systems.  




Requirements：




1. Familiarity with the industrial design development process for vehicle exteriors and components.  

2. Strong creative design and forward-thinking analytical skills.  

3. Excellent interdisciplinary communication and coordination abilities.  

4. Strong skills in team training and mentorship.  

5. Proven team management capabilities.  

6. Proficiency in English communication is preferred.
