Responsibilities

  1. Trend Analysis: Analyze current and emerging interior design trends in the automotive industry to support design innovation.

  2. Industrial Design Execution: Complete assigned industrial design tasks related to vehicle interior components and user experience.

  3. Technical Issue Support: Assist the design manager in identifying and solving technical issues during the interior design and development process.

  4. Project Support: Execute additional temporary tasks as directed by superiors to support ongoing design projects and timelines.

Job Requirements for Interior Designer

  1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Transportation Design or Industrial Design preferred; relevant work experience in automotive interior design is a plus.

  2. Process Knowledge: Understanding of the vehicle interior development process, including component-level industrial design workflows.

  3. Creative & Technical Skills: Strong ability to generate innovative ideas and conduct design analysis; excellent skills in sketching, rendering, and concept visualization.

  4. Communication & Collaboration: Good communication skills and the ability to contribute effectively in a design team environment.

  5. Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English for verbal and written communication is preferred.
