Job Responsibilities

  • Trend Forecasting: Provide content related to current trends that are relevant to our consumers and brand.

  • Design Collaboration: Offer direction and assistance in developing materials with the design team to create innovative concepts.

  • CMF Design Creation: Develop striking Color, Material, and Finishing (CMF) design concepts for show cars and production projects.

  • Research and Scouting: Conduct research and trend scouting activities to produce outstanding and inspiring trend reports, including 3D design proposals.

Job Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant design field (e.g., Textile-Product, Product Design).

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of substantial experience in CMF (Color, Material, Finishing) Design for Automotive, Industrial, or Product design.

  • Passion for CMF Design: A strong passion for CMF design and staying updated on current trends.

  • Creative Abilities: Excellent creativity, strong 3D imagination, and a profound sense of color.

  • Material Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of material suppliers, production, and technical material feasibility.

  • 3D Design Competency: Competence in 3D design programs.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.

  • Teamwork and Initiative: Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
