Job Description
Join the Dacia Design Center Team and work closely with the design team to develop color and material concepts and projects that reflect the brand strategy.

What you will do at Dacia Design Center:

Collaborate with the design team: You will work side by side with talented professionals to develop innovative color and material concepts for our vehicle models.
Explore new materials: You will participate in the research and selection of innovative, durable, and aesthetic materials that will bring the interiors and exteriors of our vehicles to life.
Create captivating presentations: You will use your creativity to create visual presentations and mood boards that illustrate color and material combinations.
Collaborate interdepartmentally: You will work closely with the industrial design and production teams to ensure the perfect integration of color and material choices.
Analyze trends: You will stay up-to-date with the latest global trends in automotive design, focusing on innovation and sustainability.
Participate in feedback sessions: You will actively engage in feedback sessions and adjust design concepts based on market requirements and preferences.
Desired Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Visual Arts, or related fields.
Passion for automotive design, colors and materials.
Excellent visual communication and presentation skills.
Basic knowledge of design software (Adobe Suite, AI, etc.).
Ability to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Fundamental knowledge of current trends in automotive design and sustainability is a plus.
