Interior Design Manager

About:  

Can be involved in the development of next-generation designs for Nissan two brands, NISSAN / INFINITI in the environment of global organizational structure and state-of-the-art equipment. 

Requirements:

・ Have the power to drive and control the design, well understanding the brand.
 ・ Have an ability to manage and balance people, goods and money related to the design.|
 ・ Have an ability for planning, creation and expressiveness as a designer.
 ・ Have an ability of communication and presentation.

Experience in the car industry: 
 
 More than 5 years of experience in the design department of a global car company.

・Ability to demonstrate leadership and lead a team to bring a project to completion as a product.

・Ability to communicate in English for business purposes, including technical terms.

・Over 5 years of experience in the design department of a global automobile company.

・Have an ability to demonstrate leadership and lead a team to bring a project together as a product.

・Can communicate in English, including technical terms.

・Someone who can proactively communicate to achieve good teamwork.

・Someone who has a strong interest in cars, technology, art, and culture.

・Someone who is curious and can proactively get involved in anything.

・Annual salary range: Monthly salary (reference value) 323,000 yen to 439,000 yen 
 *Determined comprehensively taking into consideration experience and expertise 
 Expected annual salary (reference value) Approximately 6 million yen to 7.8 million yen

・Monthly salary x 12 months + bonus (guideline value)

・Bonus amount is a reference value, and the actual payment timing, amount, payment conditions, etc. will be determined each time.

*Overtime allowance, etc. will be paid separately based on employee wage regulations.
